He is survived by his daughter: Elveria "Anna" Stephens; daughter & son in law: Andrea Lee & Robert Micheal Cahill; daughter: Stephanie Dawn Powers Cabeza; son: Jason Lance Powers; son: Randall "Randy" Blake Powers; daughter: Lindy Renee Powers; grandchildren: Richard "Ricky" Wayland Yates, Trevor Mikhail Cahill, Brandon Delbert Cahill, Alexandrea Leeanne Cahill, Natasha Michelle Cahill, Desmond Anthony Cabeza, Oden Keith Cabeza; great grandchild: Aria Lynn Yates; brother: George "Emmett" Powers; sister: Evelyn "Ruth" Powers McDougald; brother & sister in law: Robert "Dewey" & Janet Powers; sister & brother in law: Sandra Lee "Sandy" Powers Prince & Tom Prince; sister & brother in law: Sharron Sue "Sherry" Powers Brogdon & Don Brogdon; sister in law: Angie Powers. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Wednesday - September 16, 2020 from 4 - 6:00 P.M. Funeral Services will be held in the Chapel of West/Hurtt Funeral Home on Thursday - September 17, 2020 at 12:30 P.M. with Rev. Larry Williams, officiating. Interment, with Military Honors, will follow at 2:15 P.M. in the Dallas/Ft. Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mt. Creek Pkwy., Dallas, TX 75211. ALL TO FOLLOW COVID-19 GUIDLINES.
