Betty Reynolds Robert

Betty Jo Roland Reynolds Robert, a resident of Hurst and long time resident of Bowie, TX, died Saturday the 7th of May 2016 at the age of 90 years old. Born on March 18, 1926 in Post Oak, TX to Clara and John Roland. Betty had four siblings: Inez, Juanita, Oleta and Sunny. She married Billy Bob Reynolds in 1948. She gave birth to her only son, Bryan Reynolds the following year. Betty enjoyed caring for children at her daycare she operated from her home in Bowie, TX. Later in life she married her soulmate, Phillip Robert, in 1974 and moved to Hurst. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. Betty is survived by her son and his wife, Bryan and Teresa Reynolds. Her grandchildren and great granddaughter which brought her much joy and happiness include Scott, Lauren, Shane and Abby. A memorial lunch will be held at the Post Oak Community Center, at the intersection of Schmittou & Parsonage Roads off of FM 2127 in Post Oak, TX 76230 on Saturday - May 21, 2016 at 1pm.
