Beverly Ann Bruns

Beverly A. Bruns, 79, of Midlothian, Texas passed away at home with her children on Wednesday, September 2, 2020. Born in Stephenville, Texas on March 14, 1941, the oldest of 3 children, to Frank and Mollie Stewart. She later married and moved to Duncanville, Texas where she resided and raised her family until moving to the Ellis County area. Beverly was employed by Minyard Food Stores for over 25 years and retired in 2008. She was preceded in death by both of her parents, Frank and Mollie Stewart, her sister and brother in law, Sharon and Randal Gribble, her brother, Eddie Stewart, her granddaughter, Chelsey Petty and her son in law, Johnny Anderson. Beverly leaves behind her children - Son and daughter in law, Craig and Kim Petty of Midlothian; Son and daughter in law, Kerry "Bo" Petty and Kathy Petty of Midlothian; Daughter, Sareita Anderson of Glenn Heights; Daughter and son in law, Anita and Roy LaRive of Houston. She also leaves behind 7 grandchildren - Candace Attaway, Chad Anderson and Mary, Brandon Ross, Chase Petty, Kody Petty and Sarah, Carrie Lea Petty-Bell and Jonathan, Dylan Petty and Miranda along with 10 great-grandchildren - Bayleigh Attaway, Jesse Anderson, Mikayla and Brylie Ross, Kadence and Rhylen Petty, Lucas Petty, La-Lea and Nikollas Petty, Jackson Bell (shares her birthday), Pyper Petty plus a special nephew and his wife, Button and Charlotte Petty of Odessa. She will be greatly missed by her longtime and loyal companion, her black lab, Hunter! Mom-Beverly-Nonnie will be forever in our hearts!!! Until we meet again!!! WE ALL LOVE YOU VERY MUCH!!!
