Billie Maxine Brown

Mrs. Brown was born in Selma, California, graduatd from Monahans High School where she excelled in tennis, winning the State Championship. Because she practiced with boys all the time, when she played the girls - "she really tore them up!" Mrs. Brown had also been Cotton Bowl Queen when she worked for Murry Gin. Survivors include her husband: Bryant Brown, daughter: Linda Brown and her fiance: Gary Field, cousin: Connie Buchanan. No services are scheduled at this time but a memorial can be made to the Alzheimers Association or the American Cancer Society.
