82, of Glenn Heights, TX passed away on September 27, 2019. She enjoyed gardening and flowers. She sewed professionally and for her family. Her hobbies were painting, crocheting and quilting. She collected thimbles, bells and stamps. She was a Sunday school teacher and teacher for bilingual students. She was also an Avon representative. She loved people deeply. She is survived by her son:  Valente E. Valverde & his partner Richard; son:  Ezekiel Valverde & his wife Ruth; daughter:  Yolanda DeVillers & her husband Michael; daughter:  Diana Perez & her husband Ruben; grandchildren:  Lee Roy Jasso & his wife Jennifer, Maria Giovanna Valverde, Javier Ramon, Angelica Ramon, Olivia Ramon and Kayla DeVillers; great grandchildren:  Jacob, Liliana and Joshua Jasso; sisters in law:  Patricia Hernandez, Juliana M. Hernandez and Frances Chavez Hernandez; many nephews, nieces and cousins. Per the family's request, there will be no viewing or visitation. A Memorial Service to Celebrate Her Life will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday - October 12, 2019 at Grace Covenant Church, 212 N. Main St., Red Oak, TX 75154 with Bro. Paul Ward, officiating. Graveside Services are scheduled for the same day at 11:30 A.M. in Red Oak Cemetery, 599 TX Hwy 342, Red Oak, TX. A reception will follow after the burial at Grace Covenant Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials or donations are encouraged to the Arthritis Foundation, 1355 Peachtree St., Suite 600, Atlanta, GA 30309.  Please provide the charity with the family's name and address so acknowledgements may be sent.
