Cecil Alice Tarver

84, of Dallas, TX passed away on October 25, 2013. She was a retired school teacher and a long time member of Kessler Park United Methodist Church. Mrs. Tarver is survived by her daughter: Helen Tarver of Glenn Heights, TX; son & daughter in law: Robert & Joyce Tarver of Ovilla, TX; grandchildren: Brittany, Alyssa, Hunter, Hannah, Joshua and Hannah; brother: Rev. Herbert Rohloff, Jr. & his wife Patsy and several nieces & nephews. MEMORIAL SERVICES are set for 2 p.m. Saturday, November 2, 2013 at 2 p.m. at First united Methodist Church in Red Oak. The family will receive friends and share memories after the service in the fellowship hall at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials or donations be made in Mrs. Tarver's name to the North Ellis County Outreach Program, Red Oak, TX 972-617-7261.
