Charles B. "C.B." Schneider

Charles Bradford Schneider September 13, 1929 – April 13, 2021 Charles “Chuck” Bradford Schneider passed in peace at the age of 91. He was born September 13, 1929 in Topeka, Kansas. Beloved husband and father, Chuck is survived by Helen, his loving and devoted wife of 64 years; his cherished daughter Shelley Stunard and husband Walter; grandsons Wesley, Ryan and Riley Stunard; and nephew Gary Harvanek. Chuck was predeceased by parents Leta and Alvin Schneider, sister Phyllis, and foster son 1st Lt. Raymond Caswell. Chuck served in the Navy as a flight engineer before attending Texas A&M University and gradating with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. He spent his career as Senior Flight Engineering Specialist at Vought, proudly holding top secret clearances. He loved fishing, joking, chewing his cigars, and coaching his daughter’s softball team. Everyone enjoyed Chuck’s stories. A funeral service is Thursday, April 22 at 11 a.m. at Kessler Park United Methodist Church, 1215 Turner Ave., followed by a graveside service at 1 p.m. at D/FW National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in his name to the Permanent Endowment Fund at Kessler Park United Methodist Church in Dallas.
