Christine Vander Kooi

Graveside Services with Interment will be held at 2 P. M. on Monday, December 16, 2013 at Grove Hill Memorial Park in Dallas, Texas. Pastor Layne Mershimer of Midlothian Bible Church will officiate. Born in Dallas, Texas, Mrs. Vander Kooi was 83 years old when she passed away at her home following a lengthy illness. She was a member of Tyler Street United Methodist Church and had lived in Midlothian the last few years. She had been an accountant and owned her own firm until four years ago. Mrs. Vander Kooi is survived by her husband of 28 years: Rodney Vander Kooi, children: Duane Coats, Charles Lloyd Coats, Debbie Johnson and Gloria Ashby, 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and her sister: Margaret Shannon.
