Danny Myrl Perkins

70, passed away on December 15, 2020. Danny Myrl Perkins was born on August 2, 1950 through the union of James Myrl and Ruby Louise Perkins in Olney, Texas. He attended Boswell High School in Saginaw, Texas. In Danny’s younger years, he enjoyed fast cars and cruisin’ the streets. He was especially proud of his Pontiac GTO he called the Golden Goat. In adulthood, he was a carpenter, until he medically retired. Danny was a Christian and enjoyed life. His daily words to everyone each day was “Good Morning and may God bless you in all you do today, Amen”. He used to grow his beard and hair out every year and would dress up as Santa Claus for Christmas! Danny never met a stranger. He would talk about all his adventures to whoever would listen. He was loving, kind, and had a wonderful sense of humor. He saw the “good” in everyone. Danny was preceded in death by his parents. He leaves to cherish his memory his son Chad; daughter-in-law, Kisha; grandchildren Dominque, Daijah, Trealyn and Kendall; and, great-grandchildren Sebastian, Olivia and Ivy. Memorial services will be private.
