Dave is survived by his son & daughter in law: D.K. & April McCreight; son & daughter in law: Dustin Kyle & Paula McCreight; daughter & son in law: Sheila & Stan Supinski; grandchildren: Taylor, Justin, Keylee, Ryan & Baylee; aunt: Louise McKee. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of West/Hurtt Funeral Home on Friday, March 16, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. Interment will be private.
