David Scott Krieg

David Krieg, 67, passed away early Thursday at Hillcrest Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Waco.  A Service to Celebrate David's Life will be held at 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 in the Chapel of WEST/HURTT Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas, Texas. David is survived by: His mother, Bernadine Krieg, of Hewitt, Texas His children; Audrey Commons of Austin, Elijah Krieg of Hewitt and Soon-to-be-Daughter-in-Law, McKenna Harper of Hewitt. His grandsons, Kyle and Chad Cockerham of Hewitt. His Sister-in-Law, Alisa Krieg, of Red Oak and Step-sister, Jeanette Johnson, of Pennsylvania. Numerous nieces and nephews and their families; Nicole Stark of Waco, Christopher Krieg, USN (Ret.) & Family of Red Oak, Tracey & Stephanie Krieg & Family of Forney, Jeff & Amanda (Krieg) Stolz & Family of Washington, Texas.  Tom & Kelli (Krieg) Herold & Family of Rowlett. Clint Smith & Family of Red Oak.  John & Michelle Jenkins & Family of Red Oak.  Lee Jenkins of Dallas.   Preceded in death by: His father, George Krieg, of Wisconsin.  His sister, Georgia Jenkins, of Dallas.  His brother, Sgt. Kevin D. Krieg, USMC of Red Oak.  Step-brother, Roger Fuhrmann, of Dallas.
