Doris Kathryn Miller

Age 86, a Cedar Hill, Texas resident for the last 23 years, passed away Monday morning, August 23, 2010 at Select Specialty Hospital in DeSoto, Texas. Mrs. Miller was born September 19, 1923 in Union, N. J., to Harry and Carrie Kienz Knapp. She and her husband, Edwin Miller had lived and raised 2 sons in the Allendale, N.J. area from 1958 until 1984 when Mr. Miller died. Survivors include sons and daughters –in-law: Bruce and Cindy Miller of Alta Loma, CA., Jeff and Frances Miller of DeSoto, grandchildren: Kyle Miller, Christopher and his wife Nikki Miller, Kim Miller, Jason Miller, Kevin and his wife Ashley Miller, and Joseph Miller, nieces: Lorraine Knapp, Marilyn Cromartie, Carol Ann Mapes, Elaine Boellman, and cousin: Ralph Kienz.
