Estelle Edith Arena

Born in Old Town, Maine to Kenneth and Edith Porter Ashe. She had been in the DeSoto area since 1960. Her son, Mike and her husband, Anthony preceded her in death. Also 4 of her seven brothers and sisters preceded her in death. Survivors include daughters, Sally A. Rood of Ft. Worth, Laurie Carr and husband Went Durant of Cleburne, Debbie and her husband Curt Sharp of Waxahachie, TX Grandchildren: Rachel, Stephanie, Matthew, Katrina and husband, Shea, Krystal and her husband Donovan, Clint and Haily, great grandchildren: Anna and Ryder, sisters, Beverly, Loretta and Cindy. The family will visit with friends from 12 (noon) Monday, January 17, 2011 until 1:30 P. M. at that time the funeral will depart for a 2 P. M. Service at the Rhodes Cemetery on Cockrell Hill Rd, (north of Pleasant Run) in DeSoto.
