96, of DeSoto, TX passed away on July 17, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband: Edward Armstead, Jr. in 2002 and her daughter: Carol Victoria Armstead Von Lockette in 2017. Vange is survived by her son: Ronald Edward "Ron" Armstead. The family will receive friends in the Chapel of West/Hurtt Funeral Home from 1 - 1:30 P.M. on Wednesday - July 28, 2021 with a Graveside Service to follow at 2:00 P.M. (same day) in Holy Redeemer Cemetery, 1500 S. Westmoreland Rd., DeSoto, TX with Pastor Larry D. Williams, officiating. Additional obituary information will follow soon.
