Frances Victoria (Vicki) Russell
January 12, 1940 — February 18, 2018
Vicki Russell, 78, passed away Sunday, February 18th, 2018. She was born the youngest of three children on January 12th, 1940. Survivors include her daughters: Cenay Nailor, Celeste Smith and husband Gaylen, Cameron Paynter and husband John and son Eric Nailor and wife Gensene and brother Hiram Lee Whitaker and his wife Shirley, 4 grand children and 4 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She will be remembered by all those she touched by her warmth, wit and kindness.
There will be a Memorial Service to Celebrate her life at 7 PM. on Monday, April 16, 2018 in the Chapel of West/Hurtt Funeral Home in DeSoto.Vicki Russell had lived in DeSoto for many years before moving to Arizona over fours ago.
She was buried with her husband, Richard Russell, (who passed away April 7, 1980) in Fort Bliss National Cemetery, El Paso, Texas.
