Genevieve D. Van Gilder

89, of DeSoto, TX passed away January 13, 2009.  She is survived by her children: John & his wife Gloria Van Gilder, Barbara & her husband Gary Boone, Kathy & her husband Ed Landwehr, Karen & her husband Phil MacDonald, Derek & his wife Donna Van Gilder, Kurt Van Gilder and Dave Benner; 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and a host of nieces & nephews.  A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 26, 2009 at 12 Noon at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church, 4015 S. Hampton Rd., Dallas, TX.  Entombment will follow at 1:30 P.M. in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mt. Creek Pkwy, Lane A, Dallas, TX.  The family has requested in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Lung Association, 8150 Brookriver Dr., Suite S.102, Dallas, TX 75247-9805
