Memorial Services will be held at 4 P. M. Tuesday, August 28, 2012 in the Chapel of WEST/HURTT Funeral Home. Mr. Booth was 68, a Dallas resident and retired plant manager and sales rep for S E W Eurodrive. He is survived by his wife: Sally, son: Steve Booth, son: Mike Booth, Step daughter: Laura Makela and her husband: Brian, step-sons: Zan and his wife Lori Hefner and step-son: Brandon Hefner, grandchildren: Jade, Taylor, Addison, Ryanne, Sydney, McKenzie, Emily & Helaina, great granddaughter: Amaiya, sisters: Mary Booth, Ann Simpson and Nancy Willard and her husband: Charles. Also a host of nieces and nephews.
