Georgie N. Vaughn

Matriarch, Mother and Nanny, 85 of Carrollton, TX, passed away March 18, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband Edwin Daly Vaughn, Sr. in 1975 and her six siblings. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law: Eddie and Pam Vaughn, of Red Oak, granddaughter and husband: Katie and Tray Hardin, grandson: Daly Vaughn, Ph.D, grandson and wife: Taylor and Lauren Vaughn, sister and brother –in-law: Ann and Tommy Ruth, sister-in-law: Marcie Nazary. Funeral Services will be held at 10 A. M. Thursday, March 22, 2012 at WEST/HURTT Funeral Home in DeSoto with Jared Douglas, officiating. Interment will follow in Red Oak Cemetery, Red Oak, TX. Family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
