Gilbert Eugene Ehler

86, of Palmer, TX passed away on July 21, 2018.  His funeral service will be held at 11 A M on Saturday, July 28, 2018 in the Chapel of West/Hurtt Funeral Home.  His Pastor, Matt Curry of Central Presbyterian Church in Waxahachie will officiate.  The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.  Survivors include his daughter: Patty Miller of Phoenix, Arizona, daughter and son in law:  Kathy and Pat Markus of Sun City, Arizona, and son and daughter in law: Jose and Glenis Aries of Palmer, Texas, grandchildren: Ashley Miller, Amber Miller, Heather Inda, Ryan Miller, Stephanie Giddens, Eric Maes, Shane Maes, Abbigail Markus, Jose Canales, Gabriela Arias and David Arias, and 13 great grandchildren, 4 nieces and 2 nephews.Mr. Ehler was preceded in death by his wife, Olga, grandson: Justin Maes and his brothers and sisters.
