Gina Kaye Walton

Gina Kaye Walton was born in Stockton, California on January 3, 1967.  She passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at her home in Midlothian following a long illness at the age of 52.

Gina was raised in DeSoto, was a cheerleader, graduating in 1985.  She married Dewayne Walton in March of 1992.

They own Walton Auto and Muffler in Waxahachie. Gina was a truly devoted wife and mother, and was unbelievably dedicated and loving  to her family.

Survivors include her husband: Dewayne Walton of Midlothian, son: Cody Walton and daughter: Shelby Walton of Midlothian, father and stepmother: Steve and Pepe Greenlee of League City, TX, mother and stepfather: Patti and Doug Graves of Waxahachie, grandmother: Mary Nicolosi of Oklahoma City, OK, Uncle: Sam Walton of Oklahoma City, Ok., Brother: Aaron Greenlee of Pasadena, CA., Father in law: Andy Walton of Cleburne, TX., sister in law and her husband: Kayla and Gary Kerby of Midlothian,  their children:  Chase Kerby of Midlothian, Haley and her husband: Denys Crespo, and their children: River and Sienna Crespo of Rockwall, brother and sister in law: Brandon and Laura Walton of Azle, and their children: Landon and Owen.

The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, July 14, 2019 at   West/Hurtt Funeral Home, 217 S Hampton Rd., DeSoto, TX 75115.   Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 15, 2019 at West/Hurtt Funeral Home with Rev. Brian Treadaway, officiating.  Interment will be at 1:30 p.m. at the family cemetery: Baker/Lain Cemetery, 9744 CR 1239, Cleburne, TX 76033.

Pallbearers will be: Richard Morgan, Aaron Greenlee, Chase Kerby, Brandon Walton, David Bruner, Gary Kerby, Scott Sims.
