Hazel A. Vaught

95, of DeSoto, TX passed away on January 04, 2015. Mrs. Vaught was preceded in death by her husband: Odie O. Vaught in February of 2002. She is survived by her daughter: Janeice V. Polk; daughter: Lorraine Vaught; son: Larry Vaught; grandchildren: David, Sherrie & husband Jarrod, Gregory & wife Kendra, Michael & wife Karen, Kristina & husband David, Kimberly, Matthew and Paul & wife Sandy and numerous great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M. on Thursday - January 08, 2015 at the First United Methodist Church, 310 Roaring Springs, DeSoto, TX with the Funeral Service beginning at 2:00 P.M. (all the same day at the church) with Rev. Kevin Strempke, officiating. Interment will be private in Rhodes Cemetery, DeSoto, TX on a later date. In lieu of usual remembrances, the family requests memorials or donations be made in Hazel's name to the First United Methodist Church of DeSoto.
