He is survived by his wife: Christie Shaw; daughters: Kiri Maxwell, Tiffani Dwyer, Sarah Dwyer & Samantha Dwyer; brothers: Jeff Shipman & Jon Shaw; father in law: Harold D. Maxwell. There will be no viewing or visitation. The family will be having a Memorial Service to Celebrate His Life at the First Baptist Church of Glenn Heights, 512 E. Bear Creek Rd., Glenn Heights, TX 75154 972-223-1316 at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 28, 2012. Interment will be private.
