He is survived by his wife: Linda Peterson; son: Jeffrey Wayne Peterson & his wife Anna; daughter: Erin Peterson Surles & her husband Phillip; daughter: Lauren Peterson; daughter: Leah Peterson; grandchildren: Jeffrey, Jr., Jeryl and Zachrey; brother & sister in law: Tom & Rene Peterson; sister & brother in law: Patricia & Steve Setzer and aunt: Velma Packer. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 from 6:30 - 8:00 P.M. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at the First Baptist Church, Hwy. 664, Red Oak, TX with Minister Michael Elrod, officiating. Interment will follow in Red Oak Cemetery, Red Oak, TX.
