Jimmy Dale Eastwood

Jimmy Dale Eastwood was born in Sweetwater, Texas to Charles Ramsey and Patsy Lon Woodard Eastwood. A faithful Christian, he entered Heaven early Thursday morning following an automobile accident on Tuesday morning. He was a welder for Haliburton. He had been an active resident in the Maypearl area since 1998, helping with youth sports, coaching, cheerleading, homecoming and other school activities. He enjoyed NASCAR and fishing. Survivors include his wife: Shari, children: Abby, Ethan, Nathan and Seth, sisters: Charlotte (Daryl) Powell, Charlene Eastwood, Cheryl (Paul) Tompkins, brother: Ricky Eastwood, father and mother in law: Arnold and Doshia Jones, aunts, uncles, 10 special nieces and nephews and brother and sister in law: Scotty and Tara Jones. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, April 14, 2012 at the West/Hurtt Funeral Home. A Celebration of His Life and Faith will be held at 2 P.M. Sunday, April 15, 2012 at First Baptist Church 5744 FM 66, Maypearl, TX 76064 with Interment to follow at Maypearl Cemetery. A Memorial Fund has been established at the Cowboy Bank, P. O. Box 90, Maypearl, TX 76064. Pallbearers will be Mickey Bradford, Blair Ford, Greg Weatherford, Coz Leal, Mark Vaughan, Chris White, Paul Tompkins, Aaron Clayton. Honorary Pallbearers are Ricky Eastwood, Jonathon Eastwood, Daniel Messersmith, Bobby Allen, Andrew Tompkins, Shawn Maner.
