The family will receive friends in the West/Hurtt Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, March 08, 2012 from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at which time a Memorial Service will begin, with Pastor Darlene Taff, officiating. Interment will be private. Jimmy is survived by his wife: Donna; children: Cody, Shemika, Michael, Carl Lee, April Suzanne & Samantha Danielle; 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; brothers: Jerry, Steve, Ernie & Bobby Horn; sisters: Linda Lightfoot, June Ellsworth & Sue Smith.
