Jo Ann Jensen

82, a DeSoto resident since 1977, she was preceded in death by her husband, Reid John Jensen July 25, 1995. They were married on May 29, 1949. Mrs. Jensen is survived by her son: Jon and his wife Vanessa Jensen of Ovilla, son: Jay Dean Jensen of North Kansas City, MO., daughter: Jan Marie and her husband, Larry Potts of Kearney, MO, six grandchildren: Jon Jensen, Jr., Anitra Jordan, Heather Stoecklein, Amber Potts, Jessica Davis and Jennifer Jensen, 12 Great Grandchildren. Funeral Services were held at 10 A.M. on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at the New Life in Christ Lutheran Church, 311 S. Cockrell Hill Rd., Duncanville, TX with Graveside Services and Interment held at 9 A.M. Friday, August 24, 2012 at Leavenworth National Cemetery in Leavenworth, Kansas. Memorials are encouraged to the Building Fund of New Life in Christ Lutheran Church.
