John "Jack" Perkins

89, of Dallas, TX went to be with his Lord and Savior on May 26, 2009 at his home in DeSoto, TX. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Martha, parents George & Marie and sisters Virginia, Margueritte & Alice. Jack is survived by daughters: Becky & her husband Joe and Pam & her husband Ed; grandchildren: Kellie, Scott, Dustin, Alicia, Lauren & Brittany and great grandchildren: Taylor, Paige, Tucker, Chelsea & Reagan. Jack was a member of Tyler Street United Methodist Church in Oak Cliff where he belonged to the Anniversary Sunday School Class. The family will receive friends at the West/Hurtt Funeral Home on Friday, May 29, 2009 from 10:00 A.M. with services following at 11:00 A.M. Interment will then follow in Oak Cliff Cemetery, 1300 E. 8th. St., Dallas, TX.
