John V. Ringhauser

86, of DeSoto, TX, a U S Navy Veteran and Lt. FDNY, Ret., passed away on January 19, 2014. Mr. Ringhauser was preceded in death by his wife: Joan M. Ringhauser in 1988 and a sister: Geraldine Ringhoff. He is survived by his son & daughter in law: John T. & Martha Ringhauser, son & daughter in law: Michael & Debi Ringhauser, daughter: Ann Ringhauser and son & daughter in law: Donald & Marybeth Ringhauser; grandchildren: Michael, Holly, John, Kathryn, Jillian, Daniel, Daniela and William; sister: Muriel Ringhauser and a host of nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be held in New York on a later date and Graveside Services with Military Honors will follow in Long Island National Cemetery, Farmingdale(Pinelawn), New York. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials or donations be made in John's name to your favorite charity. Please provide the charity with the family's name so acknowledgements may be sent.
