Josh Hulsey On March 8, 2021 Josh was wrapped in the loving arms of our Lord and taken home. He was born in Orange Tx. On Sept 29, 1980. Survived by his Mother Sonia Taylor, Stepfather Don Taylor, Father Steve Hulsey, Stepmother Jonetta Logan Scott. Grandmother Mary Jo Hulsey. His brother John Hulsey, sisters Savannah Hulsey, and Emily Hulsey. Aunt Tamara Hulsey, Uncles William Aaron Patton and Dan "Bear" Hulsey, and numerous cousins. Nephews, Rissen Baugh, River Baugh. Nieces, Gracie West, Bliss Baugh, Nova Hulsey, Lexi Hulsey. Proceeded in death by his Grandfather Paul Hulsey Sr. Uncle Paul Hulsey Jr. Grandfather William Robert Patton, Grandmother Carroll Patton and brother in law Donald Baugh. Josh lived and worked in Deep Ellum in Dallas, Tx, as a chef at Lee Harvey’s, which was his life. Josh was the comedian in the crowd, he lived to make others laugh. He worked as a DJ in his off time. He loved to share his love of music with his many fans and friends. During Covid lockdown he did youtube livestreams to make people laugh and smile, things like smearing his entire head with peanut butter. He was a member and advocate of Foundation 45 in Deep Ellum. He cooked and fed the homeless of Deep Ellum on various occasions. He was always there for anyone to talk, laugh or cry. Josh will always be remembered for his infectious laugh and huge hugs, always smiling. Memorial Services for Josh are pending. He will be greatly missed and forever held in our hearts.
