Kenya Rhea Carr

Kenya Rhea Carr, age 53 passed away peacefully September 2, 2021. She was born June 21, 1968, in Dallas, Texas. Surviving Kenya are her loving husband Raymond Carr and her devoted, loving son Kolton Carr. Also surviving is her mother Donna Lasater and stepfather Rob Preston, father Gene Lasater and wife Roseann, stepmother Pam Hornbeck and husband Dan, mother in law Monika Carr, father in law Ray Carr and wife Tamara. Kenya’s many loved relatives and friends also survive, all who meant the world to her. Kenya loved her life in her beautiful home with Raymond, Kolton, and their pugs that she adored. She always enjoyed celebrating holidays with family and friends. She was a licensed realtor and was very successful in the Property Management business. Please join us celebrating her life Tuesday September 14, 2021, at West / Hurtt Funeral Home for the viewing from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Following viewing a burial ceremony at 12:NOON at Laurel Land Memorial Park, 6000 S. R.L. Thornton Frwy., Dallas, TX 75232 with Pastor Larry D. Williams, officiating.
