La Vada Dixon

Mrs. Dixon passed away peacefully Monday, May 30, 2016 at Methodist Charlton Hospital following an extended illness. She is survived by her husband of 50 years: Robert H. "Bob" Dixon; son & daughter in law: Kirk & Rebecca Dixon; son & daughter in law: Bobby & Judy Dixon; daughter: Kathy Rogers; daughter & son in law: Cyndie & Michael Murray; 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sisters: Joyce Corpany and Gail Staggs; brothers: Glenn, Doyle, Anthony and Tom McCall; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday - June 03, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at Dallas First Church of the Nazarene, 825 N. Cockrell Hill Rd., DeSoto, TX 75115 with Rev. Larry Williams and Dr. Robert Simmons, officiating. Interment will be private on a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials or donations be made in Mrs. Dixon's name to either the Dallas First Church of the Nazarene or Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 4040 N.
