Laura Mae Hockey

Laura Mae was born in Youngstown, Ohio to Benjamin and Laura Louise Speerbrecker Thomas on April 29, 1926. She passed away on September 29, 2015 at Park Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation in DeSoto at the age of 89. She had been here with her daughter for the last fifteen years. She was preceded in death by her husband: George Hockey on March 11, 2011 and her son: Gerald Lee Hockey on November 2, 1995. Mrs. hockey is survived by her daughter: Georgene Hockey of DeSoto, grandsons: Gary Hockey of Florida, Gerald Hockey, Jr. and Shawn Hockey of Ohio, great grandsons: Cameron, Jason and Cody Hockey. No services are planned in Texas, but her cremains will be buried with her husband, and son in Coitsville Cemetery, Coitsville, Ohio.
