91, of Grapevine, TX and formerly of DeSoto, TX was born Dec. 1, 1918 in LaGrange, TX, and passed away March 11, 2010 in Keller, TX. A veteran of the Marines in WWII and owner of an appliance and auto parts store in Dallas, TX. Survivors include his children, Daniel Adamcik of Red Oak, Linda Janda of DeSoto, Jimmy and his wife Sally and Alan and his wife Kim Adamcik of Southlake, 12 grandchildren, Wendy, Todd, Karrie, Craig, Lisa, Ryan, Stephanie, Jared, Shelly, Kelsey, Keaton, Karson, 7 great grandchildren, sisters,, Martha, Florence, and Lucy, brothers, Frank and Ben Adamcik. Recitation of the Rosary will be at 7 p.m. Sunday, March 14, 2010 at the WEST/HURTT Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m. Monday (3/15) until Celebration of the Mass at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1111 W. Danieldale Rd., Duncanville, TX 75137, with entombment following in Holy Redeemer Mausoleum in DeSoto. Grandsons will serve as Pallbearers.
