Linda Zander

Linda Zander and her husband James, of Dallas, TX (formerly of DeSoto, TX), passed away on December 21, 2020. They passed within 3 hours of each other due to COVID-19. They were both committed to and involved in DeSoto, TX. James was elected to the DeSoto City Counsel and worked closely with the Economic Development Board. Linda worked with the Chamber of Commerce. Together they were on the "Keep DeSoto Beautiful" committee, DeSoto ISD Education Foundation and the DeSoto Dinning and Dialogue Committee. They will be greatly missed by friends and loved ones. Linda is survived by her two sons: James Staley and Chad Farnum. James is survived by his brother: Sande` Zander and his sister: Babette "Bobbi" Taylor. James will be buried privately in the family cemetery, St. Andrews Cemetery in Rivervale, New Jersey. Both she and James will have a public Memorial Service on a later date in 2021.
