Lorena Williford Wooley

Lorena Wooley, age 93, 0f DeSoto, TX was born in Lebanon, Oklahoma to Dink Ellis and Rosie McLish Williford. She was raised on a farm there, attended Bloomfield School for Girls in Ardmore, OK then graduated from Chilocco Indian High School. She moved to DeSoto in 1956 and was a member of the Dallas County Home Extension Club of DeSoto. Her family includes her children: Stephen and Tina Walden, two grandchildren: Robert Walden and Jennifer Marchal, three great grandchildren: Ximena, Brooklyn and Corbin, and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday evening, February 13, 2015 at WEST/HURTT Funeral Home in DeSoto. Services will be held at 10 A. M. Saturday, February 14, 2014 in the WEST/HURTT Chapel with Dr. Dan Griffin and Bro. Gene Brooks officiating. Interment will be held at 3 p.m. at Keel Cemetery in Bethel (near Madill) Oklahoma. Pallbearers will be Joe Hack, Jimmy Hunton, Jared Marchal, Jack May, Robert Walden, Larry Williford, Dink Williford.
