She was an amazing wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend to all who met her. Upon learning the doctors had exhausted all medical means, she was at peace with the reality of leaving this earthly body because she knew she was going to spend eternity in the presence of her Lord and Savior, in the last hours on this earth she was giving farewells and making video's of encouragement for family and friends. She was at peace, knowing she would be spending eternity in Heaven. Sent left this earth surrounded by loved ones, and in her final hours she was wrapped in her daughter, Diane's arms when she took her last breath, it was a beautiful moment when she ascended into Heaven, her favorite song, "It is well with my soul" was playing. Patricia is now singing and dancing with the angels, praising our Lord Jesus Christ. This is a happy day, a day of celebration for a life well-lived and full of love. She has been active in her church for many years. Serving her Lord and sharing with others the Good News of Jesus. Salvation has always been a source of joy and happiness for her. Patricia served as the church treasurer for the Ovilla Road Church of the Nazarene. She also served as a board member for her church. Nazarene Compassionate Ministry was very near and dear to her heart. For a short time, she was a resident at the Rockwall Nursing Care Center, she even taught a weekly bible study for the seniors, and brought many of them to know the Lord through her teachings.
