Marie Slough

88, of Seven Points, TX. Formerly of DeSoto, TX and retired from Texas Instruments passed away on June 22, 2013. Marie was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years: Marion T. Slough on August 11, 1996. She is survived by her son & daughter in law: Marshall & Jimmie Slough; daughter & son in law: Lola & John Amyx; grandchildren: Jeffrey Amyx, Judy Lemons, Jana Miller, Leif Amyx & Jennifer Altman; 9 great grandchildren and numerous other family member & friends. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday - June 27, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of West/Hurtt Funeral Home with Dennis Kirkpatrick, minister & Rev. Tom Fail, officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service. Interment will follow in Holy Redeemer Cemetery, DeSoto, TX.
