He is survived by his wife: Barbara M. Douglas;
son: Kyle Douglas;
daughter: Ashley Douglas;
sisters & brothers in law: Sandra & Douglas Garrow
and Paula & Mark Jackson;
niece: Carrie Roos;
nephew: Bryan Jackson;
great nephews: Brandon, Cristian & Jackson.
The family will have private memorial services on a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages memorials or donations be made in Mark's name to the National Kidney Foundation of North Texas, 5429 LBJ Frwy., #630, Dallas, TX 75240.
