Mark Thayer Wollerton

Mark was born in Rhinebeck, New York, and moved to Texas in January of 1976.  He graduated from DeSoto High School and married on June 4, 1988 (32 years ago).  They moved to Red Oak in 1995 and made it there residence until he passed away.  Mark loved to work in his shop, loved his classic cars and trucks, and was always there when you needed a hand.  He was a devoted husband, loving father and extremely proud to be called "POPS" by his grandchildren.  Mark was preceded in death by his parents: John and Shirley Wollerton.

Survivors include his wife: Sandra Wollerton, children: Travis Wollerton and his wife: Rachel, Ryan Wollerton and his wife: Tricia, grandchildren: Liam Wollerton, Wren Wollerton and Adelie Wollerton, brother: John H. Wollerton, Jr., and sister: Nancy Humphrey and husband: Mickey Humphrey, and the best neighbors anyone could ask for "Our Hood"!

The family will be hosting a Celebration of his Life on July 25, 2020 from 6 p.m. to --- whenever at their home in Red Oak.
