In Loving Memory of Mary Kathleen Clicque November 10, 1947 - October 23, 2023 Mary Kathleen Clicque (Kathy), born on November 10, 1947, in Dallas, Texas, left this world surrounded by love on October 23, 2023. Throughout her life, Kathy embodied the true spirit of kindness, compassion, and selflessness. She had a heart that overflowed with love for others, and her undying devotion to helping those in need left an indelible mark on the lives she touched. Kathy’s love for serving others was evident in every aspect of her life. Whether it was visiting homebound church members, preparing food for church events, or lending a helping hand to her neighbors when they needed it most, Kathy’s impact was immeasurable. She possessed an incredible capacity for empathy and a genuine desire to make the world a better place while serving her Lord and Savior. One couldn't talk about Kathy without mentioning her beloved companions, Mikey and Howie. Her deep love for her faithful canine sons knew no bounds. They were her constant source of joy, companionship, and comfort. Whether she was taking them on walks, playing ball in her living room, or simply snuggling up on her recliner, the bond Kathy shared with her furry sons was unbreakable. Kathy will be forever loved and cherished by her son, Keith Clicque of Grand Prairie, who loved, admired and respected her unwavering strength and kindness. She was also survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Ed and Helen Flanagan of Waxahachie as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and a large church family who were blessed to have experienced her love and support throughout their lives. She was preceded in death by her husband, Forrest W. Clicque, and her sisters Margaret Hooks, Bobbie Snyder, and Georgia Clark, as well as her parents Gracie Mae and William Odell Flanagan. Kathy's legacy will endure through the lives she impacted and the example she set for all those who knew her. Her kindness, giving heart, and unfailing love for others, will continue to inspire us to make a difference in the lives of those around us.
