Mary W. "Jean" Finney

81, of DeSoto, TX passed away on October 25, 2013. Mary was born in Frost, Texas. She married James C. Finney on May 19, 1956 in Prince George county, Virginia. Survivors include her husband: James C. Finney of DeSoto, daughters: Cynthia Russo of Houston and Teri Jones of Glenn heights, grandsons: James Jones and Ryan Russo, and three sisters: Jo Woody of DeSoto, Lavon Webb of Mineola, and Diane Evans of DeSoto. She is also survived by her beloved nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends at the West/Hurtt Funeral Home on Monday - October 28, 2013 from 1:00 P.M. until 2:30 P.M. A Cryptside Service will follow at 3:00 P.M. at the Mausoleum of Laurel Land Memorial Park, 6000 S. R.L. Thornton Frwy., Dallas, TX 75232 with Bro. David Fortenbury, officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials or donations be made to the charity of choice.
