Myra A. Jacob

89, of DeSoto, TX passed away on December 4, 2011. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 1 P. M. Monday, December 12, 2011 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church , 1111 W. Danieldale Rd., Duncanville, TX 75137. Interment will follow at Holy Redeemer Cemetery in DeSoto, Tx. Myra A. Jacob was born November 6, 1922 in Rajbari, India, the 4th daughter of seven sisters to Rustomji & Hazari Pestonji. Myra was married to Kenneth W. Jacob on December 20, 1946. From this union were four children. Kenneth Jacob preceded Myra in death in 1968. Myra arrived in LaConia, New Hampshire with her youngest son in 1974. She relocated to Dallas, Texas in 1979, where she was employed by Baylor Hospital until she retired. Myra A. Jacob leaves to cherish her memory her oldest son, “Gerald A. Jacob and his wife Toni Jacob” of DeSoto, TX, her 2nd son “Henry Jacob” of Perth, Aus., a daughter “Irene Quiah and husband Ansley Quiah” of Daka, Bangladesh, and her youngest son “Nigel Jacob” formerly of New Hampshire now of Irving, TX. She also leaves 6 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 3 sisters, many nieces and nephews, cousins and a host of loving friends.
