Nell Jean Stogner-Carroll

Nell Jean Stogner was born on March 28, 1932 in Mt. Pleasant, Titus County,, TX. Nell passed away on December 11, 2024. She was 92 years old. Nell moved to Dallas, TX with James Hershel Stogner to start a family. Later she became a beauty hairstylist giving perms, colors, and cuts to many women in her community. In her later years she dedicated her time teaching elementary kids how to read, she also volunteered her time to help the elderly at Grace Nursing Home. She became an Ombudsman and enjoyed helping others.. Nell Stogner was a devoted Christian woman who believed God should be at the head of of every household. She will be greatly missed but not forgotten. Nell is survived by her son: James Tony Stogner and her daughter: Adelle Jean Stogner. Grandson: Bart Michael Wilhite and granddaughter: Marci Laine Hattersley, grandsons: Joel Forestor Stogner, Anthony Hampton Stogner, Seth Patrick Stogner, great grandchildren: Codi Cheyene Smith and Shane Alexander Ashli Laine Hattersley and Savannah Ray Butler, great great grandchildren: Korbinn Kimber Lay, Kohen Rhett Smith, Keaton Cheyene Smith and Robert Dean Wilson, and many friends from church and her family.
