Nettie Ann Mc Coy

was born May 3, 1929 in Nocona, TX to John Leslie and Nannie Vallie Orell Buck, passed away at her residence in Cedar Hill early in the morning on January 21, 2009. She was raised in Nocona, married Frank S. Mc Coy and lived in Nocona for 12 years before coming to DeSoto for 11 years, Irving for 26 years and Cedar Hill the last 3 years. Mrs. McCoy had been an administrative assistant and bookkeeper for the schools systems as well as a homemaker. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Frank of Cedar Hill, TX, son and daughter in law, Dr. Joel S. and Sherry McCoy of Crowley, TX, daughter and son in law, Lezlie and Tom Rozier of DeSoto, grandchildren, Sarah Ann Rozier, Rebekah Leah Rozier, Nathan Andrew McCoy, Katelyn McCoy, Samuel Thomas Rozier, sister-in-law, Alice McCoy of Dallas and a number of loving nieces and additional family members. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday night at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be held at 11 A. M. Saturday, January 24, 2009 at Hampton Road Baptist Church, 400 N. Hampton Rd., DeSoto, TX 75115 with Dr. Gerald E. Marsh and Dr. Jerry R. Raines officiating, Interment will be at Nocona Cemetery in Nocona, TX at 3:30 P. M.. Pallbearers will be Nathan McCoy, Samuel Rozier, Edwin Coates, Keith Coates, Richard Jones, Craig Coates, honorary pallbearers are Calvin Duckworth, Dwayne Stallcup, Charles Cook.
