Ofelia Zuniga Valadez

Ofelia Valadez was born Sunday January 20, 1957 in Corpus Christi TX, the second oldest child of Jose and Catarina Zuniga. She passed away Wednesday June 3, 2020 at home with her family after a valiant battle with pancreatic cancer. Ofelia was preceded in death by her mother, Catarina Zuniga, sister Esmeralda Zuniga, and mother-in-law Sara Valadez. Ofelia is survived by husband Arturo Valadez of Glenn Heights TX, married for 33 years Daughter Maribel Dominguez, spouse Mike, of Balch Springs, TX Son Rogelio Delgado of Allen, TX Daughter Maria Santiago, spouse Fredy, of Spring Branch TX Daughter Lizeth Valadez, spouse Gabriel, of Waxahachie TX Daughter Janette Valadez of Glenn Heights TX. She’s a proud grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her father Jose Zuniga Sr. siblings Jose Zuniga Jr., Jessie Zuniga, Leticia Mares, Bertha Vigil; many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. You may pay your respects to Ofelia and her family on Tuesday - June 09, 2020 from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of West/Hurtt Funeral Home.
