Patricia Ann Harvey

On Tuesday, February 9, 2021, Patricia Ann Harvey passed away with her loving family by her side. Patricia was born April 6, 1937, in Epsom, Surrey, England. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Patricia Ann McEwin and James Rankin Harvey were married October 27, 1956. Patricia was an avid bowler and a member of several bowling leagues. At the age of 45 she took up tap dancing with daughter Laura. She greatly enjoyed her occasional weekend trips playing the slot machines up north with daughter Linda. Patricia cherished spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Patricia retired from Dr. Pepper Bottling Company at the age of 75 after 32 years, she thoroughly enjoyed her career. She was preceded in death by her parents, father Rupert Fredrick McEwen and mother Mable Laura Stanley McEwen, her sister Maureen McEwen Martin and her brother, Robert McEwen. Patricia is survived by her loving husband James, her son Robert and his wife Janelle and her three daughters Linda, Laura, Cathy and her husband Mike, her seven grandchildren, Tiffany, Andrew, Julia, Patrick, Melissa, Kelly and Jack, and her five great grandchildren, Reagan, Trista, Hendrix, Joshua, and Harrison. Memorial Services will be held in the Chapel of West/Hurtt Funeral Home at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 13, 2021 with Rev. Kevin Strempke, officiating. Interment will be at 9:15 A.M. on Friday - March 12, 2021, Lane 2, in the Dallas/Ft. Worth National Cemetery, Dallas, Texas.
