He was preceded in death by a daughter: Gloria Rodriguez, a sister: Mary Gonzalez and brothers: Nicholas Rodriguez and Pedro Rodriguez, Jr. Mr. Rodriguez is survived by his wife: Guadalupe C. Rodriguez; children: Linda & husband John Lowry, Helen & husband Michael Huddleston, Paul, Jr. & wife Jan Rodriguez, Cindy & husband David Jones and Margaret & Robert Owens; grandchildren: Jason, Amanda, Jessica, Mitchell, Drake, Joseph, Jeremy, Avery, Caitlin & Maya; 6 great grandchildren; brothers: Marcelino & wife Anna Rodriguez, Cerrildo & wife Margaret Rodriguez and Preston & wife Margaret Rodriguez; sisters: Carmel & husband Jim Swinney, Amelia Rodriguez, Beatrice & husband Joe Ybarra and Esperanza & husband Alfredo Miranda. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 09, 2011 from 1:00 - 2:00 P.M. at which time a Funeral Service will begin at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of West/Hurtt Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Holy Redeemer Cemetery, DeSoto, TX. Pallbearers will be Jason Bennett, Mitchell Bennett, Drake Rodriguez, Joseph Kennard, Jeremy Kennard and Avery Owens.
