Peggie Sue Young

82, a member of a pioneer family of Dallas, Texas passed away at her residence in Dallas, TX. A Loving Mother, active in the Garden Club, Book Clubs, an avid history buff, and homemaker, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Margaret Ann. She is survived by her husband of almost 63 years Rom D. Young, sons John Michael and wife, Lisa Young, William Patrick Young and his fiance, Roxanne Neives, daughter Mary Kathleen Young and fiance, Michael Shanks, nine grandchildren, Gabrielle, Claire, Joseph, Chris, Melanie, Mike II, Jeremy, Sheena Raza, and Daniele Raza, and three great-grandchildren, Cassidy, Emily, and Hanna. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. with a Rosary at 7:00 P.M. Thursday January 21, 2010 at the West/Hurtt Funeral Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church, 4015 South Hampton, Dallas, TX 75224 at 10:00 A.M. Friday January 22, 2009, the Very Rev. T. Michael Dugan, celebrant. Interment will follow at Holy Redeemer Cemetery, DeSoto, TX.
