Peggy Strong Tilory

90, long time Duncanville and DeSoto resident, who was preceded in death by her husband, A. W. Tilory in 1996. Mrs. tilory had been in the area since 1948, she had been president of the Duncanville PTA, owned Tilory's Music Store from 1954 through 1958, and worked at Modeline Beauty Supply from 1964 through 1970. She was also a housewife and helped her husband with his home building business in Duncanville and Dallas. She is survived by her son and daughter in law: Gary and Brenda Tilory of Aledo, grandchildren: Gary Tilory, Jr. and his wife: Lisa of New Jersey, Katherine Tilory and her husband: Jason of Rio Vista, Molly Jenkins Tilory of Camp Lejune, N.C., Sherra Tilory Siddle and husband: Dustin of the Colony, Stacy Previte and her husband: Paul of Aledo, Jud Sustala and his wife: Amber of Aledo, and Clay Sustala and his wife: Misty of Aledo, 14 great grandchildren: Jerhyn Tilory, Zoe Previte, Zana Previte, Peter Previte, Viviana Previte, Jaden Thetford, London Sustala, Clarke Sustala, Trevon Siddle, Maxwell Tilory, Paisley Sustala, Violet Previte, Cooper James Tilory and Autumn Thetford. Sister: Betty Choate of Garland, TX Visitation will be from 6 to 8 P.M. Wednesday - May 14, 2014 at West/Hurtt Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 11 A.M. Thursday - May 15, 2014 at Grace Place at Duncanville Church of Christ, 402 W. Danieldale Rd., Duncanville, TX 75137. Interment will follow in Laurel Land Memorial Park, Dallas, TX.
