84, of Flower Mound (formerly of Ovilla), TX passed away on September 28, 2016. Peggy was preceded in death by her husband: John "Johnny" Edwin Wilbur in 2008. She is survived by her sons & daughters in law: Craig & Angie Wilbur and Keith & Donna Wilbur; 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the West/Hurtt Funeral Home from 10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. on Saturday - October 01, 2016. A Graveside Service will follow at 12:NOON (on the same day) in Laurel Land Memorial Park, 6000 So. R. L. Thornton Frwy., Dallas, TX 75232 with Ray Truesdell, officiating.
